Project Decription

In 2018, developer Mike Bartlett from Horizon Partners NW announced his plans for revitalization of the warehouse district in downtown Tacoma, WA. The 200-million-dollar project, broke into three phases, incorporates 75,000 square feet of Class A office space and 42,000 of retail and restaurant along with 200 housing units. As a mixed-use project, Brewery Blocks Tacoma has greatly contributed to Tacoma’s steady growth and revitalization.

Alaina, now owner of Kudos Marketing Services, has worked with Mike and his team at Brewery Blocks from inception. Working alongside the leasing and real estate team as the media liaison and communications consultant for the development, we are proud to be part of such a monumental project.
